4. No Return Policy
All book purchases are final and non-returnable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging our books. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must record a clear video while opening the package showing the sealed package and the condition of the product.
- The video must clearly show the damage or defect in the product.
- The video and order details must be shared with our support team via email or WhatsApp.
Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement copy of the book.
6. Intellectual Property
All books, content, illustrations, and materials published by Tadpole are protected by copyright. No part of the content may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
